From the studio behind Genshin Impact comes a very different RPG: turn-based combat aboard the Astral Express, hopping between planets with distinct stories and visual identities. Battles are about team synergy — breaking enemy toughness bars with the right elements, timing ultimates, and building characters around relic sets.
Star Rail is notably more relaxed than its action sibling: auto-battle handles grinding, the story is front and center, and it's kinder to both your schedule and your phone's battery. The writing leans playful, the soundtrack is excellent, and like Genshin it's fully playable free. If you love RPG strategy but not twitch combat, board the Express.
